I am from Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.  In 2013, I graduated from Kealakehe High School and went on to study history and administrative justice at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Eventually, I discerned the call to the priesthood and entered Mt. Angel Seminary after my second year of college in 2015. During my time at Mt. Angel, I fell in love with Benedictine spirituality and the liturgy of the Church. After graduating with a BA in philosophy from Mt. Angel Seminary, I attended St. Patrick Seminary in Menlo Park, California in 2018 and graduated in 2023. On May 19th, 2023, I was ordained to the priesthood of Jesus Christ.  I enjoy video games, bodyboarding, pop culture and helping others have an encounter with Jesus Christ.
